This week I am going to relax, connect and align!

I feel as though these last few weeks, I have been all over the place. Christmas…. Work….. Life in general… Running around the city…. My energy levels have definitely dropped, considering I felt completely in the “Vortex” in November and early December. From total “feeling good” to “where is the me time?”

What has caused this drop in energy? What has caused me to feel this busyness? I suppose it has to due with not taking the time out for myself to just relax, connect and align my energy with myself. Scheduling my coaching calls all over the place instead of blocking off time. Saying YES to so many things that I want to say NO to. Double booking myself without looking at my agenda first. Busy, Busy Bumble Bee!   I feel my spirit is craving ME time. Last week I was thinking maybe I should really take a mini retreat in my own home and focus on myself. Did I make it a plan? NO!!!! Missed it this past week. However starting this Saturday for one week, I want to take the time to meditate, yoga, run, journal and eat crunchy vegetables!

I will leave my facebook account from the usual time to 20 minutes a day. I will take the time to enjoy my green tea and read a good book. Take the time to focus on my breathe. Take the time to ground myself fully in the present moment. Take the time to really just enjoy whatever I want to do. Let’s see how it will shift my energy levels!

I agree…I feel the same…
I am doing yoga and taking alot of naps will veg out on the couch and watch some TV

Very Nice Busy Bee!! I enjoy taking bubble baths to relax!!! I have been relaxing which is making me feel really good.

I think what’s most important is to get your thoughts, your feelings and your actions in alignment towards a desired goal. What may help to do this is ask yourself these 3 questions and feel the answer come to you from your subconscious mind where universal intelligence is: What images do I have of my desired goal? What will I be feeling if my goal is already achieved? What actions can I take towards the completion of my goal?
