The moment I saw The Eiffel Tower, I knew I made it!

After coffee at Le Depart in Saint-Lazare, I took the RER train to Champs Élysées Clemenceau to start my walk along the avenue of Champs-Élysées from start to end reaching Arc de Triomphe! As soon as you exit, you can see two beautiful buildings being Grand Palais and Petit Palais. The Grand Palais is an exhibition of three architects. The Petit Palais includes medieval and renaissance art, 18th century furniture and a collection of 19th century paintings. I waited in line for the Grand Palais and then I thought to myself: “Elaine, do I really want to see this art exhibition?” NOPE!!! I really want to see Paris! This trip I want to explore more of the city, and not just attractions. Get yourself out of the line Elaine. Enough with this intellectual stuff just like the time you went to Museo del Prado in Madrid observing the art masterpieces that you couldn’t understand!!!! So, I got out of the line and continued to the Siene River. That’s the moment when I saw the Eiffel Tower! Being in Paris, you feel you are in Paris, but it’s that moment when you see The Eiffel Tower standing tall in perfect symmetry, that you get this feeling of excitement that YOU MADE IT TO PARIS!!!!Picture time! Cheese, say FACEBOOK!!!! lololololol…………
