Feeling Better & Getting Back to Your Goals

I am just getting over a cold that I’ve had the last few days with a fever, stuffy nose, sore throat. Today I am feeling much better. :) Outside my door I found a cup of tea and had no idea where it came from. Perhaps the mailman left it outside my door by accident? A friend messaged me and asked if I got the tea. How sweet I thought It made my day and made me feel better already.

I think it’s actually a good thing I was sick the last few days, because it gave me a few days to stop and really think/reflect and get back to what it is that I want.

I went to the supermarket today and bought oranges. It was as though when I was eating my orange that I was getting vitamins in my body and feeling more alive. I started getting excited thinking about all the possibilities and opportunities in this world.

Feeling better, I thought about what can I do now that can benefit my life. So, I was thinking for the next 10 days to work on one thing personally and one thing professionally I can do to work on my goals each day. I will be making videos about this. I hope this inspires you to work on your goals too.
