Creating Your 10 Positive Daily Habits

Today we are going to choose 10 Fabulous Positive Daily Habits to be included into our lives to bring us into a better state of being. These habits after repeated daily will enter into our subconscious mind and we will do them without even thinking about them! ( Some may take longer than others!!) SO, What would you like more of during your day to bring you into a better state of being? Remember it is important to do things you only want to do. No should, could or ought to do! You can use this also for business purposes or even for one particular focus.
EXAMPLES:
  • drink 8 glasses of water a day
  • jog around the block
  • enjoy a cup of tea in the morning in peace
  • do cardio for 30 minutes
  • watching something really funny
  • 20 minute reading
  • read inspirational quotes
  • keep home organized
  • enjoy listening to a favourite piece of music
  • resting the mind whether yoga or meditation
  • bubble bath
  • having a great chat with a friend
  • sleeping 8 hours
Exercise:
Take a piece of paper and create a spreadsheet with Your daily habits on the right going downwards and then on the top righthand side write the days of the week. For each habit you have completed check it off! Make sure to have these sheet of paper somewhere visable to remember! Some people even keep it in their purses!!
