Moksha Yoga First Time Experience

By | December 3, 2010

Hey Fabulous,

So this week for the first time I tried Moksha Yoga! OMG, when they tell you that you will be hooked, believe them! It’s is absolutely amazing! I went on Wednesday morning for a 7:00 a.m. class and then on Thursday for a 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. class. How I didn’t try this before beats me because it’s so aligned with many things that I do in my life. :)  That being said, I also remember that things come into our life at the most perfect time.

For those who are not familiar with the term Moksha Yoga, it is yoga done in a hot steamed room with various series of postures. The yoga series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles. At the same time you will feel a calmness of the mind that will be sure to make you unwind and take you to safe place free of worries. What I loved in the first class was that the teacher had an Indian accent. I swear it was 7:00 a.m. in the morning, dark outside and I felt as though I was in a retreat in India. Only I would think of that! LOL….. Added value!! 😛

Moksha Yoga Studios are offering your first month pass there for $40 unlimited to as many classes as you like. That’s where I’m going to use the word: FABULOUS!!!!!
